Marketing images for B&Bs and AirBnB properties

If you own a Bed & Breakfast, AirBnB property, serviced apartments, or you’re a landlord, a publican or a hotel owner then my photography services are just what you’re looking for…

The images you advertise your business with really do make a first impression… are your current images working for you, or against you?

Imagine you are on the AirBnB website, or Booking.com looking for a place to stay – you type a location and a budget and voila – a list…
Sure you check the locations, but most importantly – you scan through the images. And believe me that instant click or swipe through your images can make or break a decision to contact you and book…
So, if you’re images aren’t doing your place justice, or if you’d just like a refresh, call me today and lets get working together to give your business the images it deserves 🙂

Case Study 1
A Holiday Cottage owner needed to overhaul his old and outdated website – so he called upon the services of Anna Hart, a professional property stager and an old client of mine. She spruced up the property and made it photo shoot ready. I travelled across to deepest Wales on a glorious sunny day and we finalised the staging together and shot the following…

The owner was delighted and his new look website was up and running within the week… very soon after, he noticed a massive leap in enquiries and subsequent bookings!

Case Study 2
A Bed and Breakfast owner was launching a refurbuishment and needed some great images. South of Sheffield I went, to the outskirts of the Peak District and worked with the owner to produce the following images. They will be used in all his advertising campaigns, on his website and on social media pages. Most images would be used as banners, so a wide crop was included as part of the image pack presented.

Case Study 3
A multi property landlord who rented out rooms to university students needed fresh images for his new website and marketing campaigns at the university. I initially visited the sites and advised on staging each of the properties. I returned in a few weeks to carry out the shoot. The owner wanted a widescreen crop to the images and was gobsmacked at the quality of images. He couldn’t thank me enough after reporting fresh uptake via his website.
